The Good Shepherd

Jesus isn't just your Good Shepherd. He's also your friend, your traveling companion, and your host. In the valley of the shadow of death, God has a table waiting for you. For you He has prepared the tastiest morsels. While your powerless enemies look on, God is serving you a banquet of fine food and drink. God is also looking to refresh you, His guest, by pouring oil on your head. Meanwhile, your cup of wonderful water or wine is brimming over. Suffice is to say that God, your Shepherd, has all your blessings already waiting for you. All you need to do is seek His presence, follow His guidance, believe in His love and protection, and sit down at His feast. He's done it all for you.
