Being such an important component of who you are, your heart must be guarded from attack- above all other things! To protect your heart and yourself, be sure to have God's word plainly in view all the time. Focus on it. Understand it. Memorize it. Then, with God's Word etched on your heart, you will truly be living the life God created you to live! You'll be bursting with health from head to toe, inside and out. Today, guard your heart by etching a verse into it. Perhaps begin with John 14:1." Your heart must not be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me."
Because I believe in You, Lord, my heart is unshaken. Amen.
