Thy will be done.

Many times submitting to God's will requires letting go of something we hold on to. We may be called to walk away from a relationship, a job, or material possessions. At other times, God may ask us to journey down a path we would not have chosen. Venturing out of our comfort zone or experiencing hardship is not our desire. Embracing God's love enables us to submit to His will. God not only loves us immensely, but He desires to bless us abundantly. However, from our human perspective, those spiritual blessings may be disguised. That is why we must cling to truth. We must trust that God's ways are higher than ours. We must believe that His will is perfect. We must hold fast to His love. As we do, He imparts peace to our hearts, and we are able to say with conviction, " Your will be done."
