Don't be anxious. Just pray.

When was the last time you did an anxiety check? Days? Weeks? Months? Chances are, you're due for another. After all, we're instructed not to be anxious about anything. Instead, we're to present our requests to God with thanksgiving in our hearts. ( Philippines 4:6). We're to turn to Him in prayer so that He can take our burdens. Once they've lifted, it's bye-bye anxiety!
