As a little child.

Imagine what life was like when you were a little baby. Your parents carried you everywhere because you couldn't walk, talk, or feed yourself. But then, as time went by, you learned to do those things for yourself. And now here you are, grown, being self- sufficient, taking care of yourself and others, leaving only big plans and troubles up to God. Yet for all your grown-up-ness, you're still just a little child in God's eyes. God wants you to look to Him alone to take care of you, carry you, help you make the big and little decisions, lead you where He'd have you go. He wants you to cling to Him with love, follow Him in word and deed, and seek Him in prayer. Today, allow your gentle Shepherd to carry you away in prayer and praise.
